Replies take a few days. If the queue is broken, say what your number was and roughly when, because that is enough to find what happened in the logs.
Things worth writing about
A name on a ticket that should not be public, a result page you want removed, an ending that behaves oddly, a request for a copy of what is stored about you, or a genuinely good idea for an ending. All of those get read.
Things not worth writing about
Offers to buy a place at the front, requests to be let through early, and proposals to put a prize behind the door. The door does not negotiate and neither does the person reading the email.
